1. General and business details

2. Services

JuliFlow offers personal and couple training (Pilates, strength, functional training and free movement), and personal-growth and empowerment workshops for groups and individuals. The content on the Site is general information only. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and does not replace it.

3. Health declaration and safety

• Taking part in training requires completing and signing a health declaration before the first session. In the case of a medical condition, pregnancy, surgery or injury, a doctor's approval will be required.
• The participant undertakes to report any change in her health.
• Training is open from age 18. Minors may take part only with written parental consent.
• Follow the trainer's instructions and stop immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort.
• Please come to every session in comfortable sportswear, with a towel and a water bottle.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on the site are in new Israeli shekels and are the final prices payable (JuliFlow is an exempt dealer, so no VAT is charged). Payment is by Bit, PayBox, bank transfer or cash. Sessions and passes are paid in advance. Prices for ceremonies, workshops, events and mentoring are given on request. JuliFlow may update prices from time to time, and an update does not apply to a transaction already paid for.

5. Passes: validity, use and refunds

• A trial session counts as the first session of a pass, and is not paid separately, only if the pass is bought right after it. A later purchase does not include the trial session.
• A 5-session pass is valid for a month and a half from the date of purchase.
• A 10-session pass is valid for three months from the date of purchase.
• Once a pass has expired, remaining sessions cannot be used and no refund is given for them.
• A personal pass is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
• A couple pass can only be used when both trainees come to the session together. It cannot be split into separate sessions.
• From the moment of purchase there is no refund on a pass, except where there is a right to cancel the transaction under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, for example a remote purchase within 14 days (as set out in section 8). So we recommend thinking ahead and making sure the pass suits your needs and schedule.

6. Cancelling or moving a session

• Morning session (between 06:00 and 12:00): you can cancel or move it free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
• Evening session (between 13:00 and 20:00): you can cancel or move it free of charge up to 12 hours before the session.
• A later cancellation, or not showing up, is charged the full session price. On a pass, the session counts as used.

In exceptional cases, such as a health issue or an emergency, consideration will be given, and we will do our best to find a solution.

7. Ceremonies, workshops and events: deposit and cancellation

A date for a ceremony, workshop or event is reserved after payment of a deposit of 400 ₪. The balance is paid on the day of the event.

• Cancelling 14 days or more before the event: the deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancelling less than 14 days before the event: the deposit is not refunded.

If JuliFlow cancels the event, for any reason, the deposit is refunded in full.

If you registered less than 14 days before the event, the right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law (section 8) also applies: cancelling within 14 days of registering, and at least 2 days that are not rest days before the event, entitles you to a refund of the deposit less a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

8. Right to cancel under the Consumer Protection Law

This section prevails over sections 5, 6 and 7. Under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a transaction made at a distance (by phone, WhatsApp or online) may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 days that are not rest days before the service begins. In that case the payment is refunded less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

Cancelling a pass within this period, after you have started using it: the proportional amount for unused sessions is refunded. Used sessions are calculated at the single-session price, less the cancellation fee above.

Anyone entitled to it by law (for example a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant) is entitled to an extended cancellation period, as the law sets out. Cancellation requests can be made by WhatsApp, phone, email or in writing.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos and workshop materials, belongs to JuliFlow. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

JuliFlow works professionally and carefully. However, taking part in training and workshops is the participant's responsibility and subject to the health declaration she provided. JuliFlow will not be liable for harm caused by incorrect health information or by not following instructions.

11. Privacy and accessibility

The use of personal data is subject to the privacy policy. Information about the Site's accessibility is in the accessibility statement.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Southern District.
