Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information the JuliFlow website (the "Site") collects, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are.
This policy was written in accordance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its amendments (including Amendment 13), and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.

What we collect
- The "Leave your details" form: name, phone, area of interest and, if you chose to write one, a message. If you signed up for a specific workshop, its name is saved too. We also record whether you agreed to receive updates.
- WhatsApp or phone contact: whatever you chose to share in the call or message.
- Health declaration: before the first session, details about your health are provided. This is especially sensitive information. It is stored separately, only the business owner has access to it, and it is used only to adapt the training and keep you safe.
- Technical information: the Site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Third-party providers that deliver the Site (hosting, Google Fonts for fonts and jsDelivr for code libraries) may receive your IP address and browser details as part of the normal way websites load.
Do you have to provide this information?
There is no legal obligation to provide information; you provide it freely and with your consent. However, without a name and a way to contact you we can't get back to you, and without a health declaration we can't run a session safely.
How we use it
- To get back to you about your enquiry and arrange workshops and training.
- To adapt training to your needs and health.
- For bookkeeping and to meet legal obligations.
- To send updates about workshops and new dates, only if you ticked consent in the form, in accordance with section 30A of Israel's Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 1982. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time, by any means, free of charge.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or pass personal information to others, except service providers needed to run the business, or where required by law:
- Netlify (netlify.com): the website's hosting service, which receives the form details, stores them and forwards them to the business's email inbox.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where enquiries are stored.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you chose to contact us on WhatsApp, the message is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Professional service providers, such as an accountant or payment system, only as far as needed.
Some of these services store data on servers outside Israel. Submitting the form includes your consent to this transfer.
Cookies and browser storage
The Site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser (in localStorage) is your accessibility-menu preferences, if you set any, and it is never sent to us. If analytics tools are added in the future, they will only run after you agree, and this policy will be updated.
Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to secure information, and keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires. However, absolute protection against unauthorised access cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights
- To see the information held about you (section 13 of the Law).
- To ask for information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date to be corrected or deleted (section 14 of the Law).
- To ask us to stop sending you updates and remove you from the mailing list (section 17F of the Law).
For any request, contact us by the phone, WhatsApp or email above, and we will handle it promptly and within the time limits set by law.
